Go to office whenever you can. It's worth the time.

Don't come to campus with a car. You won't need it.

Heavy, possibly superfluous emphasis on diversity.

GPS tracked busses. System needs an overhaul though

There is nothing better than going to U of M and being able to say you are one of the leaders and best.

Not very strict, however they hand out MIPs and parking tickets all of the time.

The weather is very unpredictable and you can get all four seasons in one day. However there is nothing prettier than a fall day in Ann Arbor.

While the prices for living off-campus are pretty high, a majority of the houses, apartments, and condos are really nice and worth the price if there is good location.
College Sophomore 2013-11-22T00:15:10Z
For the most part it is pretty good, it just depends on which dining hall you eat at. Mojo, East Quad, and North Quad have the best dining halls.
College Sophomore 2013-11-22T00:14:15Z
The buses are great most of the time as long as you know the bus schedule.
College Sophomore 2013-11-22T00:13:45Z
While our teams may not always be good, we always have school spirit.
College Sophomore 2013-11-22T00:13:08Z
Ann Arbor is the best place to live hands down. The locals are all friendly and the atmosphere leans towards hipsterish but it is still a great and fun place to be. There are always events happening.

The sororities all have nice houses and and all of the frats know how to throw great parties!
College Sophomore 2013-11-22T00:11:06Z
The wifi is sometimes unreliable and you get a printing quota that is a lot smaller than needed.

Guys & Girls:
The boys and girls are average on the attractive scale. In greek life the guys and girls are much more attractive.

Mostly white people, but there are many different ethnicities and lots of international students.

U of M is known for hard academics and being the best
College Sophomore 2013-11-21T23:48:52Z
There is everything you could possibly want to major in, although if you want to get into the B-school you need above a 3.8 which is extremely hard.
College Sophomore 2013-11-21T23:47:23Z
I did not need financial aid
College Sophomore 2013-11-21T23:46:58Z
Depends on where you live, North Campus is the worst
College Freshman 2013-11-21T22:21:56Z
Some are amazing like east and north quad. Then you have mojo. Markley, north, and west quad dining halls suck.

parties can always be found, especially if you know people. people are generally very friendly so it's easy to meet people in different places that can hook you up with parties. at frat and house parties, no one ever pays to drink it's very convenient. also, welcome week, there are parties on every corner every night of the week. it's the best week of your life
College Freshman 2013-11-18T19:11:10Z
i chose not to rush because i like deciding what parties i go to but i have a ton of friends both involved in and not in greek life and we all go out together. it is easier to get into frat parties if you're a girl than a guy, in which case you generally need to be friends with that frat. being a girl geed though is a great time and you don't have to join a sorority to party at all
Sorry, there are no reviews.
