Bleed Black and Gold

Sports at MU are crazy. On game day there is no other color seen except black and gold, well unless you count the green of the football field. Everyone is into the game and everyone knows all the cheers. It is real easy to get group sitting and sit with your friends and just as easy to join a spirit section. That is the best because you get to travel to watch them play and you can get great deals on tickets before anyone else. However, football isnt the only highlight when it comes to sports at MU. They have success in every sport, and have some of the most competitive club sport teams in the nation.

Facilities

Almost all of the facilities on campus are brand new. The Rec, our most reputable facility, creates a lot of interest to our students. Still ranked number one recreational facility in the nation. Our student centers and libraries are also very new. If you want to have some lunch at Brady Commons or read up on some assignments at Ellis you will find accommodations for all your needs.

Check Out Down Town

Mizzou is within walking distance of downtown Columbia. There's tons of places to eat near campus and of all price levels. There's Shakespeare's pizza, chipotle, noodles, which which, ingredient, yogoluv, and many many more restaurants. There's tons of variety downtown and having it so close to campus is one of the reasons I chose Mizzou.
