- Carolina Alumni Review – An award-winning bi-monthly publication available to members of the General Alumni Association, which is free with membership.
- Endeavors – Life members of the GAA receive this magazine in addition to the Carolina Alumni Review. Endeavors explores the research and creative activity at UNC.
- From the Hill Online – From the Hill Online provides weekly online campus news updates available to members of the GAA.
- Out of the Blue – Out of the Blue is an e-mail news summary available to members of the GAA.

| Major Alumni Events | |
- Alumni Travel consists of 11,000 Carolina alumni and friends who take a trip to a place anywhere on the globe. Past trips have included London, Japan, and Paris.
- Alumni Weekend takes place the week of Homecoming every year and features Tar Heel Town and a football game.
- Several alumni join Carolina Clubs, which are specifically for UNC alum to keep in touch with each other wherever they are in the world. There are clubs in five countries, 35 states, and Washington, D.C.
