University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Off-Campus Housing was reviewed by jennyqwei

Big City Apartments Are Expensive! Chapel Hill is a giant city. Though it is known for UNC, Chapel Hill is also part of the research triangle, as well as a huge business city. Off campus housing will be extremely pricey based on the high demand for housing in the city. Many out of college employees rent housing out of the city and would rather make the drive than to pay for the high rates of Chapel Hill.
