Greek life is prevalent but also not dominate at UNC. Members of fraternities and sororities do not confine themselves to their own clique so the student body is still pretty diverse and interact with one another. Many of the students who participate in Greek life or choose to rush live in Granville Towers so if you are interested in participating in Greek life, you might want to consider living there.

This is definitely true! Greek life is also a great place for finding parties and other social events. There article discusses the variety of social happenings on UNC's campus.
