Undergraduate Night Life and Party Scene – As someone who spent most of my partying time at fraternity and sorority events, I'll focus on the Greek life sphere of nightlife at UNC:
The fraternities at UNC throw great parties. If you're a brother in any of the more social fraternities you're all set; you can go to all of your house's parties (2-3 week for the bigger ones, 1-2 a week for others) and bring friends. There might not necessarily be the traditional party each week, either; sometimes you'll have cocktails or mixers or normal nights hitting up the bars with friends. If you're not in a fraternity, it helps to have a good friend (or preferably good friends) in the fraternity at which you like to party.
