Parking is a nightmare, so I wouldn't recommend relying on a car (which freshmen can't have anyways). Bus line is pretty good. The U and RU are the main ones that circle campus, plus a few others to and from apartments and around town. Word to the wise, though, buses WILL blow past you if they're full or behind schedule. Not a great situation when you're relying on the U to get you to north campus in time for your 8am class. The P2P is a bus that runs nights to safely transport students from parties, and it is GOD. Sketchy and gross sometimes, but always reliable.
