Nope. I don't really notice it being uneven. There are tons of people - plenty of guys and girls. Most of my classes have seemed pretty 50/50.
While there are more girls than guys at UNC, it really isn't a problem. There are always plenty of guys and girls on campus.

Carolina offers many opportunities to meet people of the opposite sex for friendship or something more. There are parties, clubs, organizations, sports, and many communal places that students meet up. Guys are in luck at Carolina, as UNC has a high percentage of ladies on campus, and there is an abundance of smart, beautiful, and talented collegiates. UNC also has a great atmosphere to maintain a serious relationship if a student should so choose, with lots of romantic restaurants, picnic spots, and plenty of couples activities. If students want to venture a little further, there are plenty of weekends in store that involve hiking trails, beach fun, and camping.
There are so many different types of people at Carolina that it is relatively easy to find someone that you will click with. It seems that everyone is the cream of the crop here, so it's hard to go wrong. One of the most popular sayings at Carolina is "Carolina girls are the best in the world," and the same goes for the guys. There is a mutual respect shown at UNC, and it leads to a cohesive and collaborative atmosphere that sometimes yields long-term relationships.
