I haven't exactly tried applying for scholarships yet, but I plan to.

I still need to work with the Financial Aid Office.

I've had several issues with the financial aid office. Half the time I come out of there more confused than when I went in.

Receiving financial aid is pretty simple once you get the hang of it but it was difficult for me as a freshman because I did not understand the process. Another problem is that I was offered a work study to help pay for my college but was not guaranteed a job to receive it after I accepted it so I had to take additional loans to pay for housing which was highly inconvenient and detrimental to my parents because they had to take a loan for me. My biggest problem is how the school expects your parents to be able to contribute to paying for your college. My family hardly paid for books and were forced to take out a loan so that I could stay on campus since they are too far and Freshman are required to live on campus. The process was okay but I wish it would be easier to receive a work study job.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
