I have been in groups where you wonder how they got in the university in the first place. You have people wanting to be a Pediatrician with no medical back ground wth a D average. some of the students should have started at a jr. college first before attending UOP. Discussions are one sided becuse the other students don't have a clue what is going on. Really sad.

The computer networks are slow, always having problems. Not enough computers. At home the net work is always going down they put a message up we are aware of the problem and we are working on it, but it is still frustrating.

I am unaware of any athletic center, student center (other than the resource center), library, or any campus activities. The campus itself is nice; it's in an old mall which they have renovated. The facility could use other food options besides Subway; the workers there are SLOW.

The faculty and counselors really care about you as a person. Unlike other universities where you are just a number. You can take classes online or in the classroom. The classes are fast-paced but I have enjoyed almost every one.

The computer resource center has many computers for students to use. Printers are also available, however, they limit the number of pages you can print. This has pros and cons, depending on your perspective. Wireless access is slower on-campus than it is say, on my home computer.

even before graduating the school has offered job fairs and career advice and assistance

there aren't much in the way of on ground resources...the library is online, their are no athletic activities, the student resource center has a wealth of help though. the campus is well maintained and clean

The instructors are some of the best in their industries... they hold real world jobs in the courses they are teaching... this makes the learning more real world focused... and most are more than willing to provide additional help if needed

the classes are small so there is lots of one to one instruction and the courses build on each other...it makes it easy to grasp the theories and handle the projects...the only downfall is the order of the classes...the program needs to be better organized so that some of the projects that carry from one course to another are close together instead of spread so far out...

I have only been here for 3 months and I have never enjoyed school so much. This is the only place that I feel that the staff actually cares about me with learning and getting my degree and the job that I want.

Great Network – UoP - Tulsa has great computers, printers, anything you will need to get your homework and research completed. The staff here are very helpful and are always there to help you out when needed.

One Great School – I believe the University of Phoenix - Tulsa, and the University of Phoenix in general should get an A+! I feel this way because this has been the only school that I have been to that shows that they actually care in their students and helping their students excel in whatever they do. Not only are they very helpful, but very thorough with explaining things. I have never been to a school that has showed this much affection and care towards my academic life. I would highly recommend going to University of Phoenix, whether it be on campus or on-line.

Network Is Great – We have access to the computer lab using the school's computer and provide places for student with lap tops to work. They are a green campus. Therefore, they limit the amount of pages we can print per day. Communicating with the instructor and team members is very easy.

Happy With Choice – Studying one subject at a time works perfect for me. I am currently in my Business Law class with four weeks to go, before moving on to the next class. This makes it easier to grasp and understand the course concepts. I love the one-on-one experience with my academic and financial aid counselors. They take my concerns seriously, and encourage my success.
