Tips for Earning Credits
Complete college internships on FastWeb
Academic/Testing Requirements
The assignments must be read through, and students will be tested on cognitive and comprehension skills.
Transferring Credits In & Out
The enrollment counselor will apply information related to any previous college attendance and request transcripts from you and the college last attended. This process is very easy, and the counselor wants to ensure you get every credit available toward your selected degree and pass any testing like CLEP and SATs for enrollment.
Work & Life Experience Credits
Work and life experience credits are given for individuals that have attended seminars or have interned for college credits with approval from the University of Phoenix. All credits are not applicable; therefore, students should request academic counselor assistance in resolving the credits.
Typical Session Length
The typical session is nine weeks long, and this is short considering the length of classes for traditional schools. There is also a five-week session called Fast Track.
Class Style & Structure
The classes are small, with 15 to 25 students per class. The professor provides one-on-one assistance to every student in the individual student forums. The professors are available on practically a 24/7 basis, and you have the advantage of online instant access, e-mail, or the telephone.
Course Registration Process
The student and academic counselor work together to select courses that complement each other.
