Much variety. If you live alone,it's not worth paying more than 450, there are cheaper places and closer to the university. If you share an apartment, depending on where it's located and the size of the room, don't pay more than 400,seriously. Some people over price the rent.

I live with parents so I don't have any problems.
Still, sometimes I have thought if I should look for housing.
For what I have seen, for the cost of live in the area, there are many expensive housing I can't afford. Also the low cost housing are far from Campus. Not very convenient. Of course, if I were to go housing off-campus.

It's very easy to find apartments. But not all of them are nice. You just have to look for them and choose the one that is better for you!

The quality of housing depends more on how much time do a student spend in looking for a good option. There are a lot of them but also a lot of other students looking for a good housing opportunity.

You Get What You Pay for. but Mostly Cheap Compared to Other State Colleges – Honestly, its really cheap. Rent ranges from 100-600$ depending on where you stay, the amenities and location. Mainly, most of the off-campus housing is really close to the Campus itself. It all depends on what you want to pay for and if you have a car or not.
