Blech

Parking sucks. The parking employees are just out to get you all the time. Don't bring a car.

Rochester Is NOT About Sports

Rochester students are more focused on grades and other clubs than going to games and rooting for our teams. Don't get me wrong, we totally have school spirit, we just express it in different ways... Our teams are generally pretty good, they just don't have a lot of support from the student body.

I Feel That It Is Very Unsafe.

Since the first day that I got here there have been rude security people and crime all around. I come from Washington D.C, and I feel that UR is more unsafe. There have been muggings and shootings right by my dorm, about 30 feet away. The security on campus sends emails to all of the students telling them the crimes that have happened on campus. My first week here my bike was stolen and a strange man that did not go to the university ended up knocking on my door and asking my name. It freaked me out so bad that I called security who took over half an hour to get there.
