The Alumni Association holds events throughout the South Dakota region and across the country during the year. Dakota Days, our annual homecoming celebration, is held each fall on campus. For other updated events, check out www.usd.edu/alumni/event.

| Alumni Services | |
- Alumni Insurance Program: As a service to new graduates, alumni, and their family members, the Alumni Association sponsors the Alumni Insurance Program. Available plans include life insurance, travel insurance, and short-term health insurance.
- Credit card: The official USD credit card comes with no annual fee, and carrying the card shows your pride and loyalty and helps support the efforts of the Alumni Association.
- Lifetime online directory search: USD provides an online directory where you can search for your former classmates.
- Student loan consolidation: The Alumni Association offers student loan consolidation through Nelnet. Alumni who choose to consolidate receive a reduced monthly payment for the entire life of their loan.
