Interviews & Information Sessions

An information session is available prior to the campus tour. Presented by an admissions counselor, the session will provide an overview of the University, admissions requirements, financial aid, dining services, residential life, scholarships, and campus life. Also, there will be a student panel from which you can gain current students' outlooks on campus life, activities, and the overall USF experience.

Campus Tours

Campus visits take place Monday through Friday at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., and last approximately 2 and a half hours. During the academic year (September through April), tours are also offered on most Saturdays at 10 a.m. Led by student tour guides, the walking tour will allow you to view the academic facilities, a residence hall, dining options, student support offices, recreation center, and other points of interest. In addition, you will learn a bit about USF's remarkable history and maybe hear a story or two from your student tour guide while you gain an understanding of what life would be like as a USF Bull. Overnight Visits

Overnight visits are not offered by the University. However, an overnight stay is required during orientation.

Prospective Weekend

USF offers Fantastic Friday for admitted USF students and their families in the spring. This all-day event is a showcase of information concerning academics, social clubs, organizations, and athletics for potential USF students.

Did You Know?
  • Transfer Thursday sessions happen two Thursdays a month from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and are set up for transfer students.
  • USF offers a Spanish version of the same tours on the second Friday of each month at 2 p.m.
