Both Are Big

Drinking is pretty big at UT. There are only three wet dorms but that never stops anyone. Drugs are almost as much. Plant Park is the spot to smoke pot and security rarely goes over there.

Partying Is Their Number One Priority

I was shocked when I came here to find out all the illgeal use of atarol and weed that goes around in public and admittedingly around campus. I knew there would be partying and going out but students here at The University of Tampa go out 3-4 nights out of the week. The security needs to crack down on more of the illegal substances and control all the partying.

Drugs/Alcohol

Drugs and alcohol might be a little too attainable here for my liking, and consequently I have seen a considerable amount of vomit. It also causes the disciplinary system to be a little more strict than i would like it to be (students have gotten kicked off campus on their first offense of alcohol, but those seem to be extreme cases and the individual usually talks the wrong way to the RA's or security). This is kind of a party school.. which depending on your opinion is a good or bad thing. I will say that students have the ability to surround themselves with whatever kind of people they want, however the majority of the population parties...
