Student Author OverviewWhat's This?

Although the University provides students with two major parking lots (West Parking Garage and Thomas Parking Garage), parking at the University of Tampa can be a little stressful at times, especially if you are a commuter. Sometimes parking spots are really hard to find for commuters around 5 or 6 p.m., which is the time most of the personnel are leaving, so traffic tends to be a little full around campus.

If you are a resident student, you are going to be just fine. Both parking garages are really big and spacious and have several stories where students can park their vehicles.

Parking Hell Hole

There is no parking. None for residents, even less for commuters. Prepare to spend 30 minutes looking for a spot.

Parking

our campus is relatively small... there are two parking garages located on opposite sides of campus. people complain when they are assigned a parking spot across campus away from their dorms, but it really isn't that far of a walk

Needs More Parking Garages

With a lack of parking garages, it is such a pain to take my car up to the 4th floor because all of the other spots are taken up. Also, people park over the lines and take up two spaces, which is very annoying.
