Student Author OverviewWhat's This?

The Strip is a convenient place to enjoy a meal with friends. They have good variety, reasonable prices, and usually aren’t extremely busy. Very few cities of comparable size boast the dining prowess of Knoxville. The restaurant business generally has a 50 percent failure rate, but in Knoxville, restaurant buildings do not stay vacant long. Consequently, there is a great variety that caters to every taste.

Your choices will not be solely of franchises due to the many superb mom-and-pop eateries. This all stems from Knoxville’s love of good food and great atmosphere paired with a low cost of living. The Strip has much to offer, but when you are ready for something different, branching out will offer much more.

Oh My God, If Only Our Meal Plans Applied Off Campus...

Market Square is within walking distance of campus and every one of the 10 or so restaurants there are DELICIOUS. Closer to campus is the strip, which has everything from Krystal to the Copper Cellar (VERY fine dining), so the variety and accessibility are HUGE at UTK.

UTK might not be none for its musical selectional, or their wonderful choir but it sure knows that the little things count when it comes to food selection.
