I personally haven't ever been in a situation where I would have been in serious trouble, but I've heard stories of people getting busted for practically nothing, and others who got away with crazy stuff. I think it all depends on how tough your RA's are. I have a really chill RA so she doesn't seem to really give a s* about a lot of small things. But she'll bust you for more serious stuff. So just make friends with your RA's and be discreet if you plan to drink etc..
