It's easy to find both people who want to succeed and people who want to party. Hang out with people who want to succeed.

There is a LOT of work, for most all of the classes. We have to take a lot of liberal arts classes as well. I'm in graphic design so there are a decent amount of internship opportunities.

I'm a dance majors with UArts and I think it's great. We have the largest program of male dancers which our director (D Faye) prides herself on. The dance teachers don't give homework other then 'hey remember this combination'. If you have a problem you can go to a teacher, your advisor, or even D Faye. Getting work study is hard though because if you're a Freshman they want upper classmen, and you have to work times around your rehearsals.

As a dance major I had to cycle between various teachers. I had 8 ballet instructors and 6 modern/jazz/hiphop instructors. They were all great and helpful. Registration for the second semester was hard though for some. For myself, I easily logged on at 8am on a Wednesday and signed up. Others though were slotted to log in at about 3pm on Wednesday, when all of the classes for electives were taken.

Great Class and Teachers – As a film major I find the teachers very knowledgable and friendly, all currently working in the field in some way. You get to start working on film projects right away, and they get more advanced and demanding as you progress. You also spend a lot of time watching films. The equipment you have access to is pretty good, however it's not top of the line stuff (no RED cameras as of yet) that stuffs a little over rated though, and what they offer is more than enough.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
