Parking is a bit scarce here at UIW. When you walk into class, there is always someone complaining about how terrible the parking is because of how it took them five minutes to find a parking spot, and when they did, it was really far from their classes. For commuters, this is often something that is dealt with on a daily basis. Commuters are encouraged to arrive early in order to find a decent parking space and avoid running late for class if they have to park far from the main campus. For residents who own a car, however, the parking situation is not much of a concern.

Parking tickets are common, especially if you happen to be double parked. Luckily, you can always try to appeal your ticket through one of two ways. For current UIW students, appeals are submitted via Cardinal Cars, For former students or non-UIW affiliated guests, appeals are submitted via email. All appeals must be submitted in writing.
