Around late summer into fall, Clarksville weather can be anywhere from rainy and cloudy to hot and humid to just perfect fall weather. Around the time when school starts in late August, the weather can take an odd turn, and the temperature can hit the low 60s. By the time fall turns into winter, the weather is usually freezing rain, sleet, snow, or oddly enough, the temperature can be in the 70s. Every year, there is snow in Clarksville, and the school closes down for a few days. When spring finally rolls around, the rain starts pouring and never seems to stop. The spring weather is always the weirdest, due to the fact that Clarksville goes through tornado, thunderstorm, and flood warnings every other week.
There are days when the weather is perfect, extremely cold, excessively humid, or just plain hot. Since Arkansas is in the middle of the United States, the cold fronts and warm fronts go through the area frequently, causing the weather to change by the hour. Students should always be prepared for any type of weather in Clarksville.
