How is the winter inversion in Salt Lake City?

I live in salt lake, and during the winter inversion the place doesn't look all that great, it's just super cloudy and polluted, if you do heavy exercise maybe it can agitate your throat a little bit, but nothing serious enough to deter you from considering living in the area, it clears up after a couple weeks.

Last year the inversion was ok, but this recent winter the inversion has been extremely intense. You should not go outside running on particular bad days.

The winter inversion is awful. The inversion alone is almost enough to make me move out of state.

The inversion in Salt Lake City can vary year to year. However, the inversion is always the worst at the Wasatch Front. The majority of the population lives by the Wasatch Front causing the inversion to be bad.
