Are there many gay, lesbian, bisexual students?
The University of Washington has a large LGBT community with many opportunities for volunteer service, out reach, and community building.
Not that I'm aware of.
I would guess no more than average in a large city - but regardless LGBTQ activism is huge in Seattle (largest gay pride parade in the nation - always a blast) so most LGBTQ students are accepted and as a straight student you need to be accepting or else you will probably get called out on it.
