How hard is it to transfer from out-of-state with a solid GPA and essay in the winter quarter?

It is not too difficult to transfer into the University of Washington if you have kept a high GPA and adequate essay responses to the application.

It should not be a problem since I transfered in with a not so good GPA but a solid essay from a total party school.

thank you for the hope! what do you think was the dealbreaker in your essay that helped?
