Student Parking Lot?
There are plenty of parking lots on campus, but it's expensive. If you have to bring your car to UW, pay for the quarterly parking pass if you live in the dorms.
Getting a Parking Permit
Quarterly parking permits are $285 for students who need to park on campus on a regular basis. Depending on availability, they can usually assign you a spot near your residence hall.
Self-serve parking in the Mountlake lots is also available to students on a daily basis, but cars are not allowed to stay overnight. These lots accept Husky Card Account payments or cash and cost about $3 per day.
Parking is free on campus after 12 p.m. Saturday and all day Sunday.
Parking officers patrol all the time, even early in the morning. Ask any UW student, and they'll tell you: Parking is no joke, and they hand out tickets frequently.
