The apartment option for housing is o.k. You get your own room and share a bathroom but dont expect to socialize with with anyone else in your building or even your apartment. Cost is kind of expensive for sharing an apartment, around $500 a month. Expect to walk a far distance to eat if your on a dining plan. Housing process is really easy. Overall, after living on campus for a year, I moved off campus as soon as I could.

Get to Campus Early

If you live on campus you can easily walk to class. But if you commute get here early in the day. No matter where you park you have to walk a long ways to get to your classroom or even the library! If you look at a campus map it's easier to understand why.

Love the Metro

I just started taking public transit to campus and its free, easy and fun. There are many bus stops and I dont have to transfer busses. I wish I would have started taking the metro earlier.
