UW-River Falls has an alcohol policy for the dorms that if you have people all over 21 in the room you can have alcohol, but not if anyone is under 21.

Recently UWRF became a tobacco free campus, which is a good thing for students who are non-smokers, the police in campus is just there to help, they are usually doing rounds all day, so there's not a moment where you'll feel unsafe.
If you live in the dorms, when finals come, there's a noise free policy, but besides that, life in the dorms is pretty easy, there's no restriction on who can visit you, or what you can have in your dorm (alcohol or others) as long as you are over 21, and as long as you don't cause any problems to others.

There is no leniency for underage drinking in the dorms. Students never rat on other students unless they're being really loud which is usually what draws the attention of resident assistants.
