This winter, the bus service closed down due to the snowstorm during finals week, leaving many students with no way to get to their finals which were still scheduled, and the only advice the school offered was to take a cab (the taxi service was closed as well, so that wasn't helpful either). Many students were forced to walk miles to their finals through blizzard like conditions, and they were the lucky ones that could actually walk to their finals. I can't imagine what the students who lived outside of the city did. Transportation is generally prompt and good, but because of this horrible incident, I think an F is suitable.
