As I'm still a freshman, I don't really know the whole process of applying to get into a program. Maybe that's a problem. I feel like I should know by now exactly how to apply to a specific school or declare my major, but don't know yet. Part of that is my own fault, though, that I haven't gone to try to figure it all out. You have to apply to the different schools here though and that's a stressful thought because I get nervous wondering about what will happen if I don't get into my major.
If you're sure about what you want to major in, look up the graduation requirements and start taking any classes you can take that coincide with the major just to give yourself a head start before you apply.
