Advice on Finding a Job/Internship The best thing to help with getting a job or internship is to have a killer résumé. Career Services is the easiest resource to call upon for help with writing your résumé, but don’t be afraid to ask professors for help—after all, they had to go through what you’re going through at one point. Keep your eyes open and your options at hand. If there is an internship that sounds like something similar to what you want to do, go for it. But there is no need to jump after every internship that’s open—be patient. There are going to be lots of options, and you’ll have plenty of time to find what you like.
