Good Variety
The apartment buildings in dinkytown are all very nice. There are a lot to choose from, just make sure to apply early for a lease. They usually start filling up in November.

Greeks Are a Close Knit Community
Greeks know each other and make the school much smaller. There are always fun parties and its great to meet other people. Everyone in the greek community is very nice and welcoming. If you aren't in a frat or sorority, you can attend house parties and go to apartments, however, its not guaranteed you will find one every weekend.

Curently Under Construction
The transportation currently is awful. It is under construction to install a lightrail, and while this will be convenient in upon completion, it is currently causing millions of headaches. The buses are hard to find and few in numbers.
