Safe Campus but Still in the Heart of the City
the campus is fairly safe itself, but it is still in the middle of san francisco and campus security makes a point of teaching students to be aware. crimes will happen on and around campus, you have to be careful.

Small Campus, Muni to and from
campus isn't that big so you can walk everywhere. sf has a decent bus system to get you around the city. but if you live on campus and are physically unable to get somewhere because of a sickness or injury, you better hope you registered with the shuttle ahead of time, because if you didn't, they can only take you to the hospital...even if you've already been there and need to get to class for a midterm! bull.
