The selection is somewhat endless. Prices are reasonable. Landlords can either be very accommodating or extremely difficult to deal with. If you shop around for the right place you'll have a great experience living off campus.

Extremely Friendly
Everyone is friendly at WVU. People are eager to meet others and you hardly ever hear catty conversations between people at parties. Partying and enjoying school life is a top priority to students but so is school work.

Many Opportunities
You constantly receive emails for available internships. The school instructs professors to do their best to push students towards applying for internships.
