All the Options Are the Same
Around here, you have quite a few complexes to choose from for off-campus housing. The thing is, they are all priced the same, and the only difference are aesthetic ones. You're best bet is to check them all out.

It's What You Make of It
If you are going to live on campus, you have to make the effort to make people. While well furnished, the on campus housing has neither the amenities nor the privacy required for you to be content all on your lonesome. A minimal amount of effort will ensre you make a lot of friends, always have a study buddy, and are rarely bored.

You Will Know Everyone
The crazy thing about Grand Valley State is that it really is not that small in terms of student population. However, with such an active base of student organizations and fraternities and sororities, along with the smallness of the campus itself, it is very easy to get to know a lot of people. I cannot walk between classes without seeing twenty people I know.
