Diversity at Depauw
DePauw has been trying to work on diversity of it's students for a while. They are becoming fairly successful. Non-Caucasian students are still highly outnumbered on campus. However, international students and students coming from different backgrounds on campus are becoming more and more accepted at DePauw.

Nightlife
If you like frat parties, this is the place you would want to visit. Weekends are usually dotted with several parties on either friday or satruday night. The parties at the larger fraternities and Sigma Nu are generally large, have good music, and are usually a lot of fun. However, besides the parties, there usually isn't much to do at night besides visit friends in fraternities or go to the local bar. There isn't much to do in Greencastle besides visit fraternities and go to Wal-Mart or possibly to the small movie theater just off campus. Many people study most weeknights anyway, so it usually doesn't matter much anyway. If people really want something to do, Indianapolis is an hour from campus and there is a mall and a larger movie theater 40 minutes from campus. Overall, it's not too hard to find something to do with your limited, free time at DePauw.

Life at Depauw
Overall, my life at DePauw is pretty good. The dorms and such are clean and close to campus. The campus is fairly small, so it's easy to get to the academic quad and the other buildings on campus. There is no off-campus housing, everything is owned by housing at DePauw. Studying here is a must, but the parties are also epic. I have had a lot of amazing times at DePauw, I'm very happy I chose it for my school.
