Right in NYC! Difficult
In New York City, it is very hard to find apartments have to do a lot of searching and be open to living outside of downtown Manhattan.

Very Diverse Campus
NYU is very well known for having a lot diversity on campus and having hundreds of student groups for different ethnicities, languages, and races.

Easy to Get to Campus If You Live Close...
At NYU, you either have to walk or take the subway or bus. It's not hard to get to campus just annoying if you're a commuter.
