You've Been Warned – The average bachelor's degree at Ai will run you about $86,580. That doesn't include: rent, living expense's, books and course materials, or transportation. oh it also doesn't include interest on your loans.
Do you get what you pay for? You decide!
Depending on your program not all computer labs have the software you need to compleat assigned work. Computer labs fill up quickly. Most times there are numerous computers in a lab that don't work and the school will not fix them until the end of the quarter if at all. you'll find most students using the computers for facebook and other social media that really sucks when you need to get a project done, but who's to say thats not fair because they're paying just as much as you to be there.
The people at the equipment cage are friendly, dont let anyone tell you different. The key to the cage is to be patience. Also the equipment isn't in the best condition and the school knows it, so always I mean ALWAY double check your equipment before you check it out and tell the cage about any broken or missing eqiupment before checkout. if you tell them after you return it you're gonna pay an arm a leg and half your soul for it. side note: you can't register for classes if you have fines with the cage.
Education you get for the money:
The class sizes are good if not great. usually there are 20 student in a class.
Instructors:
Some instructors are there only to collect a pay check, but in this day and age who could blame them. These instructors are unapproachable and if you do work up the nerve to ask questions they'll shoot you down. You'll learn quick not to take classes with these instructors. On the other hand there are numerous Ai minnesota instructors that know and love what they're teaching. you will gravitate towards these instructors. their classes fill up quickly, but after the course is over you'll have knowlage that you'll be able to apply elsewhere. taking classes with these instructors will be worth your money!
If you do decide to attend Ai finding financial aid won't be the problem. the problem is paying it back. when you come in they'll show you there post-grad estimated earnings chart. read that carefully ESTIMATED!!! and to be frank even though it against the law I'm pretty sure there lie.
Getting a higher education now days is risky it doesn't matter if the school is state funded or for profit, you need to weigh the risks carefully, and your choice should come after much thought. Know that attending a for profit school is a greater finacial gamble, so educate yourself before you enter the classroom. but also know with great rick comes great reward.

Outlook- Doesn't Look Good – I have not graduated yet, but the school does have a job placement program. The program helps student find part time work while still in school. The gist of this program is: you get an one email with job leads every week and another email asking if you found a job yet. overall the program is not helpful. I don't know anything about the schools post-graduation program, but if the first program is any indication for what's to come the outlook doen't look great. thast doesnt mean you can't get a job after you graduate you just have to be a real go getter
