Inflexible
The food in the caf is excellent, or as excellent as eating the same food for 4 years can be. The problem is that one is required to have a meal plan all four years. The price is the same no matter how many meals one actually eats and there is no half-plan option when living on campus.

Hogan Brothers
Small town with very few options. However, Hogan Brothers has the best sandwiches in the world.

Annoying
Living on campus means that most students do not have a car. Those who are allowed one must pay a particularly annoying permit fee, especially because there is usually plenty of parking space. The Public Safety Officers are really strict about enforcing the no-student-parking zones. With more annoying fines.
