Apartments Are Expensive
apartments in san francisco are really pricey and hard to come by. students also want to live near campus but a lot of the residential area around school is very expensive

Transportation Is Awesome
The MUNI and BART systems are really helpful and really easy to use. There's also three or four lines that run right near campus which is really helpful.

Weather Is Awesome
The weather can be chilly sometimes but during the day it is usually low 60's to high 70's and there are some days where it is a perfect beach day.
