Greek Life Is for Those With Nothing Else to Do

Greek life is very small on campus, especially because they don't have their own houses, but the Greek students are always "super busy" with activities going on. There are tons of oter ways to make friends on campus and participate in activities. You also don't have to be Greek to participate in Greek activities if you really wanted to. Personally, I have found that the students that are Greek at Pepperdine are students that are only involved in Greek life and no other clubs or communities on campus. Maybe that explains why they go Greek.

It's Malibu, You Get What You Expect

Weather is beautiful in Southern California 90% of the time. The other 10% it rains or is windy and students don't know how to respond. Everyone freaks out and hibernates for those days. It's kind of entertaining.
