The curriculum at the Gaylord college on OU campus is top notch. There was only one class I've taken so far that I really could not stand - the teacher would fail your paper if you misspelled a name or gave a wrong date...etc. The labs are incredible and the workload is manageable. I have a couple professors who are absolutely outstanding. Of course, minus the one I previously mentioned. At Gaylord they really set you up to succeed - offering many different extra curriculars and internships. I really enjoy my major.

The 3 Apartments Everyone Lives in.
There's Crimson Park, The Reserves, and The Commons. Those are the three big ones. They are constantly loud and crowded and, luckily, I've never lived there. There are nice apartments. Mine, at the Edge, is very nice; however, it's right next to the train tracks. If you're looking for something that is nice and cheap this is pretty much the only place. Everything else that is nice tends to be pricey. Or if it's cheap it's terrifying. Be careful where you look. Make sure you check reviews online or ask around the neighborhood. In fact, I would recommend renting a house with some friends above an apartment because it is much more available and affordable.

I'm Sick of All the Tri-Delts
They all dress the same and they all look alike. You'll know when you see one. Only a small percentage of girls and boys on campus are actually in fraternities or sororities - and of course they have dress codes. But for some reason, the popular thing now is to dress as though you are one. I don't buy into it but a lot of people do. It's something that really bothers me about OU Campus. Most of the sororities are full of very religious girls who actually can be nice. The fraternity boys are generally stupid.
