Classic Small-Town
I came to Auburn from a huge city and I can't get enough of the small-town charm. Everyone in the city of Auburn is so supportive of the university and its students. The shopping isn't so great - only one mall and it kind of stinks - but the local restaurants are amazing and there's always something fun to do. Atlanta is a short drive away for a fun night out.

Rush or You'll Regret It!
I must admit, Greek life pretty much runs this school. However, it's not the stuck-up, elitist, live-to-party scene that it is at some other schools. For the most part, greeks here are classy and friendly. I would definitely recommend rushing. Even if you don't pledge, it's a great way to meet people. Frat houses vary as far as how nice they are, but sororities have VERY nice on-campus dorms.

Lots of Opportunities
I've never had an internship myself, but it seems like there a job fairs going on all the time and there's always someone here conducting interviews.
