It's What You'd Expect for the Middle of a Corn Field in Ohio
The nightlife at Oberlin involves a visit to the one late-night bar in town, The Feve, and hanging out with friends in the dorms. If you want, you can drive out to Cleveland for restaurants, bars, and music galore - but it'll take you 45 minutes to get there.

Hippies Rule
Alcohol and pot are the drugs of choice here, but there is absolutely no pressure to do either. Everyone does their own thing at Oberlin.

Not Your Typical School
Oberlin is the school to go to if you want a different college experience. There are no fraternities or sororities, but there are co-ops for vegans, vegetarians, kosher folks, and more. Professors challenge you to question the status quo and encourage independent thinking.
