I am extremely conservative. Will this be an issue at UT?

Plenty of people in Texas are conservative.

As long as you don't mind people that aren't conservative. All kinds of people are here, and no one judges anybody. But if you have a problem with anyone that isn't conservative, you'll be in for a surprise.

UT or A&M? I'm a Biology major and I'm having a lot of trouble deciding between these two schools. I love the atmosphere of both and sports don't really matter to me.

Definitely UT.

+1

It seems to me UT has a better Biology program but A&M has the Aggie network.

I don't know much about UT but I do know that A&M has a great biology program. You might try researching both colleges and maybe visit both to find out what matches you best.

Texas AM. Sounds nerdier.

places to eat?

Qudoba, Potbelly, Which Wich, J2, JCL, Kinsolving dinning hall, Cypress Bend, Littlefield Cafe,Chipotle, Austin's Pizza, Pluckers.

Thanks!

There are plenty of places to eat on campus and off campus. Wendy's Jester's Cafeteria, Potbelly, Chipotle, Which Wich, Mellow Mushroom, Madam Mam (my favorite). There are also same cafes scattered throughout the campus.

Thanks!
