Food and Rec Center
Illinois State has many food establishments near campus. On campus, there is Mcallisters which is like a Panera, a Burger King, Freshens smoothie place, Einstein's Bagels and coffee, and Pizza Hut. Near campus, there's a Noodles, Potbelly's, Chipotle, Meathead's, Jimmy Johns, Dominos Pizza. The campus also has an excellent Rec Center to work out at, the machines even have TV's on them! There is also a Jamba Juice inside the rec center for if you need a boost of protein or energy afterwards.

Greek Life at ISU
I am not involved in the Greek life at ISU. Honestly, I've known many to join Greek life then drop out of it after a year, and the girls who are in it are very cliquey. It doesn't dominate the campus like other schools, I think there's as many involved in it as not.

Campus at Winter Time
I would say the streets are usually plowed, but sometimes the sidewalks never get plowed at all. Boots are a must when walking to class because you have to be prepared to trek through a foot of snow sometimes.
