So you can't download anything at all? Even if its educational? Also, what happens if its a program on your flash drive?

You are allowed to download things, whether it be from a flash drive or the internet, but the download has to be legal and follow all copyright laws.

You can download material, as long as it is legal. One must pay for their download if it requires. If you get caught, expect a huge fine or jail time.

Are bathrooms wide open or are they private, i.e. locked?

I was just wondering how close are you. I just don't like close becoming too close for my personal comfort

They are pretty private, locks always work.

It depends on which building you go to for your business. Many bathroom stalls are comfortably wide, but when you go to one of the older buildings, they start becoming a bit cramped because people were smaller back when Berkeley first opened.
