Psychology at Hampton University
The psychology department at Hampton University is amazing. The professors are great, they prepare you for future work roles and supply manny job and career opportunities. The program offers a wide variety of classes to choose from within the psychology department. Decent amount of workload. I have learned a lot and it has been very beneficial. Hampton University psychology department is always posting and offering job/internship opportunities. The students are kept well informed.

The local atmosphere is small and close knit. However there isn't much to do for a college student. Virginia beach is aout 35 minutes away.

Diversity
I attend a HBCU which is a historically black college or university. The majority of the students that attend my school are African American. However it is a diverse group of African Americans'. There are many different types of viewpoints and religions and ideas.
