The Dwindling Value of Academics at USD
USD prides itself in being a large school in a small community, but students still come here expecting one on one learning. Instead, the school seems to be more interested in its image than its academics, and I find myself floundering more often than not.

Apartments Very Close to Campus
The living situation off campus is great because the entire campus is surrounded by apartment buildings. There is also the option of Greek Life, where people can live in fraternities and sororities that are often a little cheaper than living in the dorms. Also, there are many large old houses in town that groups of people rent easily and cheaply.

Parking Is Good Compared to Other Schools
The parking situation is frustrating because they keep raising the parking permit price for no apparent reason. There are also a lot of spots not very close to the buildings you need to go into, but at least there are spots. The situation is very good considered to other schools I've been to, but it's still frustrating to have to walk a mile.
