Its Worth the Wait
Freshmen dorms are much better than other colleges but the really nice dorms are in the village, available to Juniors and Seniors. Greek housing is also available, and very good.

Easy to Do What You Want
There are places off campus you can go and always parties on campus. If you complain that there is nothing going on it is because you have no friends.

Parking Available, at a Price
The parking lot in the village is kind of pricey but its a nice location and keeps you car out of the snow. Street parking is much more difficult to deal with.
